April Building Services, Inc. is North Texas’ premier building service provider. Founded in 1988, April Building Services’ founder, Bill Ferguson, wanted to provide the best Window Cleaning services to high-rise, low-rise, and commercial property owners and property managers. Over the years April Building Services has expanded their services and today specializes in exterior building cleaning and remediation such as Window Cleaning, Waterproofing and Caulking, Architectural Metal Refinishing, Safety Tie-back Installations and Certifications, and other related services to the Commercial Real Estate industry. Bill Ferguson’s high standard of service is still carried out today to not only meet expectations of clients, but to exceed them in order to keep setting the bar higher and higher.

Our staff are our real employees and not subcontractors, so they are fully covered by worker’s comp insurance as required by most mortgages and management agreements. We hold the highest standard in safety for your tenants as well as our employees working on your property. We follow all OSHA and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) laws and codes including OSHA 19-66 and the ANSI IWAC (International Window Clean Association) 1-14- 1.
